Death Benefit Option
Choose which death benefit option to contribute to.
Level Benefit
This benefit option is typically an immediate death benefit beginning on day 1 of the policy. (See carrier guidelines for details.)
Graded Benefit
This benefit option typically pays a portion of the death benefit for the first 2 to 3 years. (See carrier guidelines for details.)
Modified Benefit
This benefit will typically pay all the premiums the customer has paid, plus some interest to the family in the event of death for the first 2 to 3 years. (See carrier guidelines for details.)
Guaranteed
This refers to Guaranteed Issue products. There are usually no health questions and they are available to almost everyone in the product's age ranges. (See carrier guidelines for details.)
Limited Pay
If you are looking to pay premiums over a set period of time, select this option. This option will allow you to pay off the policy over 10 or 20 years and never make another payment. (See carrier guidelines for details.)
